If you have found this site chances are you are looking for support for yourself, a friend or loved one. My goal as a therapist is to facilitate a process of self-awareness. Over the past twenty years of providing psychotherapy I have learned that self-awareness is a natural agent of change. The self-aware person always has choices. They make decisions that are grounded in authenticity, without guilt, shame or resentment.
I work with individuals struggling with an array of issues. I have an eclectic theoretical orientation and employ a combination of theories during treatment such as; psychodynamic, cognitive, existential and strength based. I have found this combination very effective in processing/resolving issues related to; life transitions, self-esteem, personal growth, career/work, relationships, abuse, grief, and LGBT. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety and bipolar (manic-depression). I also work with victims of trauma and people suffering with post traumatic stress disorder. I am a gay & lesbian friendly therapist.
I am a Los Angeles Therapist with an office on the Westside. It is in close proximity to the following communities; Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Century City, Culver City, Westchester, Brentwood, Mar Vista and Bel Air.
